A defective part, a wrong reference, a question about a return: here is how we handle each request, simply and quickly.
Part defective on arrival
- Report it within 48 hours of receipt, via the contact form.
- Provide: the order number, the part reference, the exact device model and the fault observed.
- Attach photos or a short video of the fault (part connected, device switched on).
- We reply with the next steps: exchange, refund or return for inspection.
Our tips to avoid returns
- Test before final fitting: connect the screen or part and check the display, touch and functions before gluing it in place and removing the protective films.
- Check the exact reference of the device before ordering: see our guide on identifying the exact model.
- Keep the original packaging until the repair is complete.
Ordering error
Ordered the wrong reference? Write to us before installing anything: we consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. A part that has already been installed or glued in place may no longer be exchangeable.
Returns: the rules
- No return is accepted without our prior authorisation: wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
- Private customers: you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions; return costs are at your expense. This right does not apply to sales between businesses.
- Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects; a commercial warranty may apply depending on the product, in which case it is specified on the product page.
